Such homes can be programmed through a central CU (Control Unit Processor) and also have dust and CFC (Chlorofluorocarbons) resistance mechanisms. Automated home locking and alarm actuation for police facilitation services is also possible through a common call centre. So is there a market for such techy ‘homes’?
